COMPREHENSIVE WIN FOR U15 CHAMPIONSHIP

On a beautiful evening for football, St. Kevin’s U15 played host to the first round in their championship season against visitors Clan Na Gael. St. Kevin’s lads got off to a flying start with a quick free point from Conall Mannion just moments into the game.

SUCCESSFUL START FOR MENS CHAMPIONSHIP

The Kevin’s men had their first championship game in Group 2 yesterday in Darver, against Clan Na Gael. Whilst the Clans had a brilliant win last week against the O’Raghallaigh’s the Kevin’s had efficiently planned for their double-score victory.

U16 CAMOGIE TEAM WIN THE BERNADETTE MCCABE CUP

Our U16 Camogie team travelled to our neighbouring club Mattock Rangers for their league final and proved victorious bringing the Bernadette McCabe Cup home last night! Following their previous game earlier in the year, the girls knew they had a score to settle with Contibret.

KEVIN’S JUGGERNAUTS REMAIN TOP OF THE TABLE

The Kevin’s men team saw their 14th round of the Division 2 league against Dundalk Young Irelands last night at home in Philipstown. Despite a relatively tight level of gameplay between the two teams for the first fifteen minutes, Dundalk Young Irelands could not break down a defensive Philipstown side.
