KEVINS LADIES FIRST WIN IN THE LEAGUE

The ladies football team had their first league game yesterday morning at home against the Dreadnots. A tough encounter for both sides, with both teams eager to gain points on the table straight away. The Dreadnots kept possession in our defensive line, keeping our backs extremely busy, particularly in the first ten minutes. However, Julie Guinan opened up the scoreboard for the Kevin’s, followed by a goal from Susan Byrne, which kept the girl’s nose just ahead.
